New ? oooh jees you ever listened to them before you bought them ? there are some scratches on the backside (no big deal) but i thought they where second hand. because of the first picture. that was obvious an older pair in refurb i guess

like an AMT up and down i guess. so side way movement

Confusing! AMT uses left right magnet orientation and a triangle with ATM movement will not have an anywhere near inear output.
