The Whole Body Shaker Table.

I suggest making this in the form of a chair, so one can sit at the computer and effortlessly "exercise" while browsing. Keep that blood circulating with some traveling wave vibrations and vertical levitation. (seat belt and leg straps or a Velcro seat) One may have to come up with some kind of "re-stabilizer glasses" to wear so one can still read the screen. (from camera technology)

Use some old disk drive actuators for shakers, and the monster amplifier to drive them all. Maybe a PC sound card with "vibration programming" signals to run the amplifier(s). Might find something ready made from NASA surplus even. The maximum "G" acceleration pilot test chair.
