What a gorgeous amp. How did you do the winged "logo" in the sheet metal?

I really liked this one. The "UFO-tubes" (832, 829 etc) makes up nice looking amps.
But that fat tube, the compactron tube, what kind is that?
Is this OTL? or are they hidden inside? My tube headphone amplifier in marble Lamp - 6N8S and 6N13S

Arcturus 27's and 80's as rectifiers. All in all pretty standard.
Funny to see the different opinions.
Like others, I wonder about the fan. Not for aesthetics or the sound impact of the fan itself, necessarily, but I hear the 27 is pretty microphonic, especially the blue. It'd make me leery of using a fan purely from a sound perspective, even with sorbothane bushings. It may not be an obvious microphonic, but I'd think it might excite some noise that would impact the sound at least in subtle ways.
But I haven't yet built with a 27 (hope to fairly soon), and I DO like the blue Arcturus look.

He he he, we've got you now. Do you have amps 2 and 3 in the works? Looks great, let's see underneath! How do you like it?
Fan is at half speed, in rubbers.
But it sure looked pretty...
Indeed. And you had both smooth and nipple blue 27s?
Can you say more about those monos?
Yes, I have posted a brief description
