Here is are pix of my GM70. I now have all the parts and will punch the top plate next week and start assembly. The rec tubes are 6D22S half waves, the driver is the 12HL7. The first pic is just to show the base. The second pic shows will most of the components layed out.

I have had alook at your picture that you sent me and I must tell you that your transformers look too small to me. For your info the weight of the transformer that I have is 7.5kgs and I am afraid that it is still not sufficiently heavy. It has the size of 17,5 sq. cm. I don't know how many inches or pounds that would be but I think that you can easiliy convert these figures into lbs. and inches.
