my UCD works well it makes 2 days, mosfet is iIRF530. Problems which heat has cured which change of R9 (yes this control deadtime, last pages of manual) to 390R. Later I found that conecting hetsink at earth stops completely which problems
😎 😀
BC640 turn-off and 1n4148 in all work great, it has some problem in this? 🙄

maybee umm probably already the question has gone answered but here goes anyway! the fets, http://www.irf.com/product-info/dat...ta/irli540n.pdf
how would these work well or wouldnt they?

540 is OK (previous posts reports positive results) but I think that 530 is more adequate. 540 has less Rds-on, higuer current but Cg is more heavy
NTE 112 on comparator
I find NTE 112 for sale and specifications are:
Electrical Characteristics: (TA = +25°C unless otherwise specified)
Parameter Symbol Test Conditions Min Typ Max Unit
Static Characteristics
Breakdown Voltage V(BR) IR = 100µA 5 – – V
Forward Voltage Drop VF IF = 10mA, Note 2 – – 0.55 V
Reverse Current IR VR = 1V, Note 2 – – 0.05 µA
Dynamic Characteristics
Capacitance C VR = 0V, f = 1MHz – – 1 pF
Stored Charge QS IF = 10mA, Note 3 – – 3 pC
Frequency F f = 1GHz, Note 4 – 6 7 dB
WOWOW nice device or not???

Anyone can wrote/read Russian?
I incidentally find this :
http://monitor.net.ru/forum/files/______164.pdf
I wanted to have the companion of this cct (protection, etc), but I cannot find it since the forum is in Russian.
Can anyone help?

Hi
You can use google. Rus --> Eng upper box is for text, lower one you put URL from site to be translated
Where did you find this ucd? Link to article?

That is exactly what I wanted to know 😀 What's the article looks like, and whats the part2 of the schematic looks like.Where did you find this ucd? Link to article?
The site is http://monitor.net.ru.
I got some questions about this schematic. Hope somebody can help me 😀
1. In the rails, there are inductor with value "83R". Is this 83uH or 83nH?
2. Among the input pins there are pins with code "CLK1" and "CLK2". The components attached to these pins are 12K+1nF capacitor.
Are these pins for synchronizing (if we use more than 1 UcD with 1 power supply)?
For synchronizing, is it as simple as connecting "CLK1" to "CLK2"?

Hi,
1) it's a bead, maybe 1-.1uHn
2) I guess, it's a synchronizing to AM tuner, and probably this amp from the Philips receiver, BTW maybe Yamaha yet.
Hi, IVX,
Could you give a clue, which Philips/Yamaha receiver does it comes from?
I cannot read the webpage, it is in Russian.

I dunno, it's just my analitical guessing (exclusively Philips parts numbering system, also i saw similar Yamaha dvx s200 with OEM UcD amp PCB from Philips), on the site no info about this pdf, this site is a repairers community.
Hi people
I know and I have that schematic from 3 Philips Hi-Fi equipments:
FW-M589 (14.9Mbytes pdf)
FW-M730 (19.7Mbytes pdf)
DFR9000 (27.1Mbytes pdf)
Much bigger than your email box, i suppose...? 😀

Sorry…I can’t help everybody.
Now you know the equipment references. That is the difficult part.
Last night I have found another one with UCD, but have not the schematic.
They call the amplifier module CUD-S400
. It is what is marked on pcb.
The output transistors are 2SK3607-01MR
Turn off transistors 2SA1954
Drv BC857CW
Gate diodes BAS316.
Cascodes between comparator and driver 2SC2713
Input BC856BW
Suply regulated SMPS +44V -44V
YAMAHA portable Pa system “STAGEPAS 500”

As mhtplsh suggested u can just once upload instead of sending everybody.
It was the easiest way to help all those needed.
Hv anybody actually made some amplifier based on UCD application note?
