I have ordered 100 PCBs again, so feel free to join GB2! 🙂

If there is a mistake in the list then please let me know.

Thanks.

Sorry, but now I have a doubt:
Is one pair of mosfets equal to a set, that is what's necessary for 1 board?
Do I need 2 or 4 pairs for 2 boards?
In case I need 4 pairs for 2 boards, I'll have to modify/update my order!
Sorry for the trouble

Jmk

Hi J.M.K

A set is four pairs, for two V4H channels.

For four V4H channels two sets i.e. eight pairs will be needed. I usually don't use Set and just mention them in Pairs for clarity in the GB list e.g. outtek, oracle1 and sadik's entry.

Ok, is that with the matched Q1, Q2? How to match electrons and holes Npn to Pnp or what means your matching?
Specs are impressive, 2nd harmonics down to a few pW range!
Goes in fW range at 100W 10khz
Not many can archive that, avg32, 64 ok.
250W in 4 ohms, impressive.
Have you done a test in loudspeaker element eg a woofer 100-150hz ~> 500w 4mH
how many watts before instability accurs?

SNR. Better than most sound cards can really do, congratulations!

Arthur -6pcs.....

Very good power supply used anyway, the usual linear some magnetic fields on 2nd harmonics seen pW range perhaps 🙂

measure the phase gain over audio. freq.
it's really ease.

To be clear rta software was used,
and soundcard measurement.
Will you do more measurements Shaan? 🙂
16 boards no way Shaan.
Cnc, or old diy board for me if I tried this one!. 🙂

Matching = HFE matching.

Yes harmonics are pretty low, thanks to D. Self, and harmonic spectrum is sweet, thanks to Late P. Baxandall. They didn't work hand-in-hand from the start. It was hell... lots of innocent mosfets died. But their deaths weren't in vain. 🙂

Loudspeaker load measurement hasn't been done, don't care really. In my room a channel is driving my 10" sealed sub pair in parallel, each sub rated 200w 8ohm, 56v psu. So far zero hiccups.

SNR. Better than most sound cards can really do, congratulations!

Thanks.

Basic CRC power supply used with KBPC3510 bridge rectifier.

No time, but more importantly, I don't care.

As I didn't attempt designing a precision amplifier, decided to stop splitting hair after a certain sound quality was reached. Some hairs have been split, and some torn (from my head) - it is indeed not very easy to reach that noise floor even when averaging is turned on with an on-board sound card, as you adequately put. 🙂

Correct. 10/10! 😛

All the bests.

KP1830 220pF (0.22nF) 160V Polypropylene Capacitors or the polysterine nor the ceramic , maybe the silver mica which is best?

If you can get silver mica then close your eyes and grab them!!!

If you can not, then go for ceramic.

If neither silver nor ceramic is available then polypropylene (I guess size will be a problem with polypropylenes) or polystyrine.
