check it out for bridge configuration that i was sayin.veryeasy to make a pcb yourself
http://www.mikroelektronika.co.yu/english/product/books/rrbook/chapter3/chapter3h.htm
see this and use your mind to use only lm386 amp
these r otions for u if u cant wait till sat

why will it not work?!?
I build it together like the site : http://home.kabelfoon.nl/~bertrik/bat/amps.htm
But all that comes out of the speaker is a tweeking sound...i cant hear anny music at all...

filter and amplify
note these words in the description of the amp shown in your given link.filter means that the circuit will attenuate common signals out(music in your case and noise in his case) and will conc. only on reproducing the hum of a bug.so it might b possible that this is the reason for tweening sound in your amp
did u find anything useful in links i sent u??
if yes then go ahead else wait for monday when i will get my mag back.
i will post it for u out here asap on monday
gentleman's promise

thanks that diyforum exist in the world(virtual at that)

Hello
Yes the first link you sent me was intressting...
Today i made a mono pcb after this site : http://members.shaw.ca/roma/ten.html
But it didnt work 🙁 im so unlucky...the copperlayer become not so good...

Hi Slowfly,
I have a nice schematic for a LM386 amp, I'll check it and I'll draw you a PCB if you'd like? I'll try to post them by tomorrow. 🙂
Regards,
Sousmielie

Hi
Yes plz!! It would be soooo sweet !!THANKS MAN!!
Can you start by posting the circuit??

MIELIE, RSA source for PCB?
See you guys had quite a storm up there, was there about 2 weeks ago.... hope it at least rained.

hey slowfly
i wonder y the circuit didnt work!!
change the circuit parameter by inserting a resistance of 4k7 b/w pin 8 and c1.that may help.
i suppose u have built two circuits now but to no avail.
so check the i/p signal source . is it mono stereo.
see your earphones that u got with it.is the earphone powered?i.e wether there is any indicator light, lcd display etc etc?
better test the circuits u made with the output from a computer(most reliable signal source).if it works out then fiddle with your player o/p.but thats a different story.test with comp. first

Thanks for the tip...
My mp3 player works...but i havent tried the amplifier from my computers line out...
I have just build one amplifier but i removed all the components after trying...but all the others ive made on a experimentboard.

Elias, you could take a peek in the datasheets. There you have all info you'll need to the the IC working.
if u have time and resolve then try this out
http://www.headwize.com/projects/cmoy2a_prj.htm
i suppose its related to your requirements.

Hello
But isnt that circuit for a headphone amplifier...im building a speaker amplifier...
sagarverma : what circuit was that you told me to modify?? i dont remember.... 🙄

slowfly :the circuit with the pcb and silkscreen overlay etc that u gave as link:

better still,
lm386 circuits are so tiny that it will loook great even if u use veroboard and p2p.
see data sheet and realise the circuit
i will post the pcb.but when i get my mag back

Hi Slowfly,
Here is my schem for the amp, I built it years ago, and it is still running almost everyday at my dads office. 🙂
Nordic, where are you from? I see you have a RSA flag. I'm from Jo'Burg. It was raining the whole night yesterday. 🙂
Anyway, Slowfly, let me know what you think/happens? I'll post a pcb later.
Cheers for now,
Werner

Thanks !!!
Im from one of the nordic countries called Sweden.
And if you wanna now im living in the city Nyköping 😉
To morrow i will try to build amplifier! Hope it works...

Cape Town boy here... arm, maar darem.
Can't find any PCB here, best I can get is those boards with the holes and the copper strips... If you can maybe advise of a source up there by you I can contact them..
