Well, here are the files with the mod's I had made, in case anyone is interested.
Here a short summary of the changes I made.:
- added option for Optical Out with Buffer IC and decoupling Caps.
- moved power configuration to make some room
- moved fuse holder slightly
- moved Regulator components IC U11, C47, C22 to get clearance for installation in case
- changed capacitor footprint to accept different capacitor pin spacing
- moved the transformers closer to each other
- repositioned Crystal and C34
- added option for LED1, R33 (I like to see if the unit is powered)
- put a trace underneath the D/A chip, 0 Ohm R28 can be omitted then
- added a MCP120T as Gary had suggested
- and changed Label to HD-1.2 to up-rev it.

Each (4 Layer Board) board will cost $48 plus shipping and paypal charges.
Before I proceed, I need to hear from owner of this board, if I can make PCB from the gerbers posted here, and make PCB available.
(Not a profitable deal, one to one costing)

My board sits half finished somewhere (need to order resistors & other small parts) , but now I have the cash to complete... I wonder if I'll ever find the time?!?

Well, I haven't forgotten! Of course, if this were a pot on the backburner the contents would have caramelized by now...
I managed to get a lot of the pricey TI and AD parts as free samples, and went through the parts list to see how the prices had changed. It looks like I'd be able to build it for about $220-$250, but to do that I'd have to order four PCBs and sell three of them. I'd much rather buy one board!
