Pass XA25?

was it

IXFN140N30P
IXTN40P50P

though, complementary here could here be only more of complimentary........ taking in account their hysterical xconductance figures

how to put in harness two insanely berserker horses?

rest of circ will take care of that anyway, and you can really ask just or some similarity in Ugs figures, and maybe capacitances

in reality what counts availability, price, Ugs

have you Pa on hotline?

anyhow ....... that would be the case with me, if I'm on your side of Big Splash..... or rather, I would live in PapaArk, that much irresistible I am

Based on measurements I have made of the IXFN140N30P and IXTN40P50P, their transconductance isn't spectacular, but their low capacitances are very good.

Depending on your power dissipation requirements, there are non hocky-puck FETs that might be good choices.

Alternative in the not so sexy but obtainable is: STF40N60M2 in TO-246. You might have seen it, but the small part is easily overlooked. Still promissing, and you might combine // with a 0.1Ω source resistor. . .
And instead of the 2SJ79 (you have some I understand) I would make a new combo part with a cascode.
Basically many of the parts manufactured in the hockey puck SOT-227 B (IXFN) module format are also in a flat pack. For when the unit is not constant run at >20 amp DC. . . 0.15 against 0.05 K/W.
