Input is 1/2 the value of whatever level pots you choose. Odinarily 50K ports,
so 25K

If I wanted to drive long XLR interconnects into it can I use 100k pots to provide better impedance matching?
You can use what you like, but 100K doesn't improve the performance
with long interconnects, where the capacitance of the cable becomes
a factor with respect to the output impedance of the source.
The capacitance of the Jfets is about 30 pF, which gives an input rolloff
frequency of about 300 KHz for the halfway position of a 100K pot.
It's not a real problem either way.

I have two boards sitting here, identical except for one has board mounted
rca connectors and power connector and the other has holes for wire.
Any preferences?

At last count we were considering both sets of holes.
The small holes for wires are good for 24G and the larger ones for
pcb rca connectors will work with 16-18G without complaint.

I am doing a final rework on the board, as I figured out a clever way to increase
the range of some of the filter settings without more parts.
This will be done maybe today, and I will see prototypes in a week or so. A week
after that I will have checked it, and then orders for parts can proceed.
I don't think it will be available before the end of the month. More like August.
