Electro Voice "E V - 1282" Solid State Integrated Amp uses TO-3 RCA 43168

The Electro Voice EV1282 (EV-1282) is also a nice device, but no schematic info are to find. Also not about RCA's 43168 power devices. Are this germanium or silicon transistors?
It seems to be an OTL output

Here pics of Lloyd's nice receiver D-614 (D614) with integrated 8 track cassette player. Informations in general are very hard to find (e. g. brand history/timeline).

first "Solid State" Home Audio Devices from "The Fisher" TX100 and 500T

The integrated Amp TX-100 and the AM FM stereo receiver 500-T (500T) are the first versions with solid state power amplifier stages. At which time this components are introduced? In some sources I read 1963 and in others 1966. I think, the TX-100 are launched before 1966, because Delco's germanium power device "DTG-110" at this time no longer available (compare the TO-3 transistors on the attached pics)

McIntosh MA-2505 quasicomplementary OTL 2x 132-070 = 2N5303

MA2505 MA6100 MA250 and MA2100 was first solid state silicon audio amplifier devices from McIntosh.
The power amp "MA-2505" actually is an integrated amp without source select switch function, because there are dual mono volume control knobs on the front. This means the use without preamplifier as separate component, if the output resistance from the connected source isn't too large.

Here is what a Sony fan has to say:

The 1967 Sony STR-6060F was the first Japanese all-Silicon Receiver.
The All-Silicon Sony TA-1120 integrated amp pre dates the Trio Supreme 1 (1965), but is certainly not Japan's first solid state amp.

Sonys first Home Hifi activities date back to 1958, when they introduced the world's first all solid-state stereo (Simulcast) FM/AM tuner and the first all-solid state portable TV, so it is to be expected, that there were also Sony amplifiers around this time.

Regarding solid state in General the Delco Chevrolet radios (around 1955) are probably the very first (and very unreliable) all solid-state implementations.

The Sony amplifier devices from post #78 and post #79 (TA-3120, TA-1080, TA-1120F/TA-1120) are the first "stand alone" silicon solid state amps.
But Sony's (and Japan's) first all-silicon transistor amplifier was the "built in" amp from Sony's Tapecorder 777 ("TC-777", "three seven"), first release 1961 - look about

I read this:
One of Dicks clients in 1961 was Lafayette Radio, a New York parts distributor. Technicians in the store basement manufactured a 160 Watt Transistor Stereo Power Amplifier of Dick’s design. The output stage used series connected germanium power transistors.

Sherwood's first Solid State Integr. Amp and Receiver S9000, S9900, S9500 and S7600

First "all silicon" SS (transistorized/tube-less) integrated amplifier is the Sherwood's model S-9000, test in the magazine "High Fidelity" May 1965.
Later the models S-9500 and S-9900 was released.
S-9900 was tested in Audio edition September 1965
Sherwood's S-7600 (FET AM/FM receiver, test in Audio edition October 1967) - is one of the first through-and-through solid state receivers ever, and was launched two years later than the first all silicon solid state integrated amplifier S9000. Here some URLs:

I don't find informations, whether this model was the first solid state amplifier from Luxman. Also no data sheet and informations about Sanken's "ST-610" in TO-3 outline (see attached pics).
