UPDATE: Yesterday, I sent a copy of my email rejection letter by recorded delivery to my dealer Audio Emotion, Scotland. To date, they are still ignoring me. Very sad.
UPDATE: My dealer Audion Emotion, Scotland, has broken their week-long silence. I've had two offers from them to 'resolve' this: keep the mains regenerator [which doesn't cure the Pass Labs INT-25's continuous buzzing and humming, and the regenerator has a horrid continuous fan] or a partial refund to my credit card, together with a PARTIAL return of my Naim amp which I traded in with them three months ago on the 11th January 2023! It appears they've sold three of the five-part amp and want me to accept back two parts. It gets worse - they've valued the two parts at exactly their RETAIL price, NOT the TRADE-IN price, which means, of course, I end up with way less of the £2500 that they took off the price of the amp I bought from them. I am stunned that I am being treated so outrageously. I am still awaiting the paperwork from my credit card company's claims team. I really would appreciate your prayers during this most stressful of times. The new amp was meant to help me relax as I recover from my fall at work. I've had no peace or enjoyment from this purchase whatsoever. I now await a referral to an orthopaedic surgeon. I am so nervous about surgery. I've now bought a little headphone amp [Chord Mojo 2] to listen to, as my Pass Labs INT-25 amp causes me too much stress. Thanks, Guys.
Praying for … stress because of amplifiers…..really!?
Positive: you have understood the diminishing returns of material stuff.
From how high did you fall BTW!?

If it is not possible to return the INT-25 and get the money back (if law is not on your side for various reasons) then you can at least return all the other stuff. Maybe you can negotiate the shipping if you keep the INT-25.
Next ask PassLab who can repair the amp in GB. Get it repaired......pay.....and don't look back. Relax with nice music 🙂

If relevant with repair these has Pass Labs on the list of brands they service.

They are a few miles north from London......Welwyn Garden City......
They also have "The Gryphon" on the list.......why? ....it is Danish.......it never breaks! 🙂 🤔

A wrong approach. Please look up the already spent amount and stuff is within warranty. Why otherwise pay more for quality when the support is so so and for own account? What about warranty if you have it fixed yourself and it then breaks down again?Get it repaired......pay.....and don't look back.
What do you calculate for costs? So material and labour. Add that up to the spent amount and the frustration. I am pretty sure you would not do so with a 20.000 Euro car you just bought.

Yes, but I had the disclaimer "if law is not on your side......." in couple of previous posts back ......I don't know about how about the warranty if it is still valid etc..........could be expired if it is a 2. hand product (I assume so?). If purchased as new......then or course send it back for free repair.....here where I live there are two years of warranty for such kind of faults.
So in case the Company has the low on their side and can refuse to take back the amp then at least the "other stuff" can be sent back without further notice.

Yes, but maybe not "close enough".
But I have observed that Andy is very reluctant shipping back the amp to the dealer (also long time ago where I assume some kind of warranty should exist). Instead Andy received some other stuff from the dealer (unpaid I assume). This complicates the case I think.
To get back to "square one" to only have INT 25 with some mechanical hum I suggest sending back all the other stuff ASAP.
If Andy does not have the mental energy to maybe take the INT 25 case to the court (depending on what the card company can do) then my suggestion was to accept as is......invest the extra let us say 200 GBP for a repair.......and then have a good life after this.
If card company just refunds the full amount if amp is shipped back......fine......but I doubt that will happen.....but let us see. I will be interesting to hear.
It seems the dealer thinks he is not obliged just to take back the INT 25. But then we are back to......who has the law on his side?
On invoice should be indicated how long warranty there is and maybe for how long time you can swap the item for another product etc. etc.
Normally there are some minimum requirements dictated by the country and then a dealer can make his own extended warranty from there if he wants to (for both new and 2nd hand equipment).

What if … the transformers have various secondary windings (custom type)? Have new ones wound? Gamble with ratings? Turn ready made devices into expensive DIY amplifiers?
Whatever the brand, one simply could have enough of this and possibly can not enjoy the amplifiers anymore. In other words they would have to go. Getting rid of them should be no problem at all.

I can't leave anything well enough alone. If I had a new Pass amp, I would probably void the warranty within the first week or so... My dad used to get peeved at me when I was a kid because I would take everything apart and leave the carnage all throughout the house.
I would probably take the refund myself and have a really nice Toroidy made or something. But that isn't what the OP should do...

Well , as far as we known these amps were working well at the dealer shop , so the amps were not to blame , what happens after that , they travel , how ?
everything can happens while traveling , there are bunch of example of that ....
the client should have sent these amps back at the very first , keeping them he keep the problems
I may be wrong but I think it isn't here the place to complains about Pass labs product , resellers or whatsoever , isn't it ??
in the upper left corner , we all can read : DIYaudio , what does it mean for you Andy 🤔
first rule of them all : if you dont known about , DON'T DO , TOUCH , ETC....

No this apparently is the place where no criticism is allowed and then all possible counter reasons are used.
Let’s agree that it can never be the products. Maybe we can blame the buyer?

Andy is surely a good guy , he's learning what this kinda trade is about , what are the pro and cons of it , and he's gonna learn what to say , where and how
he made a very wrong start to solve he's troubles coming here that way , but he's gonna learn that too , probably at he's expenses
this is what life is all about , learning .....
one amp could fail , two in a row , well , better plays loterie 🙂

Since both amps have the same problem, the odds are that the environment is at fault.
He should try them at a friend's house (that is not close by) to check this possibility,
which will also eliminate the possibility of shipping damage.
Since no connection to other components is needed for the test, that will be easy to do.
If the fault happens at the friend's house as well, then there is likely a problem with the amplifiers.

Andy presented us this video with a 400 Hz buzz.
Different, isn't it? Thats why I dont believe any longer in this story.
Here I present you an old F5 with toroidal hum:
