Thanks for posting this ammel , I just printed out the BOM someone kindly posted here earlier and after reading your post noticed the JFET source on the BOM is ebay .
So.... out of production item then .
I looked on ebay and found one Hong Kong source for the MOSFET .
Hopefully not a counterfeit one ?
Thanks Jim but they are out of stock on 2SJ313.
Electronics Salon out of Hong Kong sells 1 piece of each JFET on the 'bay and Amazon

IRF610 and IRF9610 work just fine instead of the Toshiba parts. The difference is very subtle and only at some bias points.

Thanks Wayne , I'll look for those . BTW , I was just listening to the news and they said it appears Toshiba is no longer a going concern and will close

You can also use the Fairchild parts. FQP3N30 and FQP3P20
Thanks for this they are actually what I used they don't have issues on the P channel my memory went to far back on the 610 and 9610.

Wayne, so are the Fairchild FQP devices preferred over the 610 and 9610 devices, or do they perform similarly?
Thanks.
Salas tested the Vishay version of the IRF9610 devices. They did not have the kink that the old International Recitifier versions did.

How many pairs of these are required? A picture here of a stuffed board , it appears 2 pairs for the stereo amp?

The FQ parts are just the ones we currently stock in addition to the Toshibas. Because of the auto bias you can try all kinds.
Should have boards shortly.
