new LM4780 layout, any comments?

Bleeder resistors are put one on each power supply rail, near the large capacitors. The purpose is to discharge the capacitors when power is removed, and there is no sonic purpose. Some people use them some don't. They increase (slightly) power dissipation, but increase (slightly) safety. The will not make much difference in how quick the amp turns off though.
