Yeah, I've heard of that guy. I dont like his policies, nor his - apparent - attitudes toward doing business. I dont want to post anything on those sites, just have a brief, occasional read of something therein is all.ever heard about Mr. Zuckerberg?
I realize some audio forums do something similar, which I find both annoying and petty. You cant view a previously posted picture or schematic without "you must be a forum member to do that". View. It begs the question, what tangible thing would you be giving up to let me see some picture, say, once a year ?
I understand there may be "bots" that'll scrape everything there is, without such a policy and I suppose registration is one attempt to circumvent that. I'd guess the annoyance part is Google somehow gets to see; I find something through a Google search. Well, they got to see it for inclusion in their searchable database, but when I go to look, sorry Charlie.
I guess it's like everything these days; if you're big and have money, you get to just fly right past the rules made for everyone else.
@rdf What is your problem? I have introduced myself in a dedicated thread for new members, posted my audio preferences, my system, my DIY project etc. I just use internet different than you when it comes to search for information. Instead of a chat about audio you prefer all this BS which is definitely off topic. This is reaction to the new members?
Knowing how to contact Lii Audio / Xizi Morning Glory is beneficial, whatever I or some others might think of Instacr... well, any of these so called "social media" (and that line of discussion is really quite off topic, please drop it).
A few months ago I tried contacting them through the email published on their then unfinished and now defunct web page and never got a reply.
They don't seem to communicate or present themselves very well outside China.

@A.440.Hz I have zero experience with them, but reading this very long detective thread I was surprised to find an instagram page, immediately dropped my comments, they replied within one day, because I use istagram to post everything about my vintage hi-fi analog journey for about 15 years, it was a good discovery, because I’m thinking about big coax drivers for my new project. However, I never asked them about sales.
Below are screenshots with my question and their quick answer.

FWIW, the Facebook page of Lii Song (Not Xizi Morning Glory) shows a number of new products they claim to be developing, as well as an announcement that they are moving to a new factory that includes an anechoic chamber.
