This is 16 pin adapter I designed for the 576 or 575. It will allow any of the ZIF socket pins to be connected to the emitter, base or collector terminals on the curve tracer. The 16 pin ZIF socket can be used with a SOT6, SOT23 adapter to allow 3 and 6 pin surface mount components to be tested. The right and left sides of the ZIF socket can be isolated for used with dual transistors or FETs.

I would also like a set for a TEK 576.

I will be ordering more boards in a few days.
Let me know if anyone else would like a set of boards for the 576.

The Adapter for SOT6 SOT23 is not included, but is available on eBay.
