New Design Tektronix 576/575 Curve Tracer Adapter

This is 16 pin adapter I designed for the 576 or 575. It will allow any of the ZIF socket pins to be connected to the emitter, base or collector terminals on the curve tracer. The 16 pin ZIF socket can be used with a SOT6, SOT23 adapter to allow 3 and 6 pin surface mount components to be tested. The right and left sides of the ZIF socket can be isolated for used with dual transistors or FETs.

There is a board under the adapter which is specific to a 576 or 575. Which curve tracer would you like to use?
