After having my amp, Denon AVR-X4500H, turn on and off by itself I contacted denon tech support. They verified there is NO reason the amp should be doing this and they gave me a ref no. to return it to Amazon for replacement.
Hopefully this will fix this issue. Then I can continue to finish building my small mic preamp to run proper FR measurements with Xsim.
I was able to get a replacement for my M-Audio Dellta 410 sound card and it is recognized and running properly under windows 10.
Baby steps I guess.
