From the tablecloth, the last post is at least 60 years old, so it's okayAre you serious? This thread is 16 years without a replay and you are violating it's peace with nothing but off topic??
It doesn't concern youCiddi misin? Bu konu 16 yıldır tekrarsız ve siz konu dışı bir şeyle barışını ihlal ediyorsunuz??
I have 6 pairs of 2sc1845 2sa992 that I removed from the Onkyo ampKSA992/KSC1845?
They work well enough if you don't ask too much from them. If I worry about quasi-sat, I'll be using the higher current rated TO-126 devices.
Onlar da o kadar harika değil. Locky-Z eğrisi izleyicileri ekleniyor. | Buz | Y yolundande, dağıtım = miliamper. | Vce | X'de, dağıtımda = volt

If you can live with 200-ish beta, I've been liking the 2SC1815 Y grade. Low capacitance and linear beta. On Semi still makes it (KSC).
Hi Mark,They aren't all that wonderful either. Locky-Z curve tracer plots attached. | Ice | on Y-axis, units = milliamps. | Vce | on X-axis, units = volts

how is looking curve at 0,5-1,5mA where this devices is mostly used?
Pn100a pn200a or bc550c bc560c good up to 45 v dc at input stageI wasn't so thrilled with the MPSA18
