Some parts of NAP250.2 can be modified to become NAP300. Perhaps that would be better?Good news. As lazy as it sounds ( I kind of like it ) my dumpster found Naim 250.2 actually has been re-capped with Kemet AlC10D caps ,on PSU , Samwha Pet J7E 105 degree on decoupling and unfortunately 105 low ESR on 10uF /63v . 100uF /63 V Wurst AP- ATLL caps were used in feedback positions. I'm not sure if I should futz with ut
I will PM you ,also regarding regs. For now I will wait for the preamp to settle. It lost all initial " bloom" and is on the fast , lean spectrum. I recapped Nait5 and it sounded heinous for first week but settled down to a pleasant surprise. I broke down and bought vintage 100uF /35v wet tantalums for Nap250 feedback. It's easy to work on NAP 250 so it shouldn't take long to change them. For now I have to put together XPS/555 PSU which is rusting in box for months now. I didn't care for Teddy Pardo XPS.
Ps. Oleg , your Telegram link is broken , can you re-post it?

On the subject of 555 PSU there are 5 15.000uF caps and 2x 10.000uF caps . Do you know which digital supplies are getting 10.000uF ( I assume clock and motor and display supplies )
I have to agree with Jun posting in this thread that Supernait onboard Dac as basic as it supposed to be ain' as bad as Naim crowd said it is. It's not exuberant and sparkling with detail but it carries the tune pretty well hooked up to Auralic Aries streamer. I think that this $500 spent on the clunker may be my best audio investment so far. I will probably never know how it compares to better Naim preamp becuase of the Naim crowd peculiarity. No Naimee would hook it up to his system knowing it was hacked out of fear that the whole house would explode but that's OK.

Class D amp board
I replace the operational amplifiers and input caps
Sound is good
Strong bass
High power
Amplifier for garage or warehouse
Shoebox Amp in class D
Psu for this board is leaner
Not impulse
Very big transformer and caps
Need minimum 30volts and 8A current
550VA transformer is better

Yes , this one. There isn't much to improve really andcI like the sound from Auralic Aries femto as it is.This one DAC?
I fell from the stairs and bought CDS2/ XPS for the price of XPS . I needed to have a real one ( XPS ) to check the level of my delusion. The set sounds great. Can't afford to.keep it since I already have CD2 , CDX and CDS3 but I'm going to enjoy it for a while, check how CDX plays with XPS and have a base of comparison for my own XPS clunkers which are coming along.
