So linear.
For this chart you have to ignore everything under 200Hz. Its only mildly smoothed (1/9 vs normal presentations of 1/3). No wall reinforcement. High up in middle room. Axis, is just above its top, as recommended earlier for listening. Normally the TB3R plays on 60cm stands with its face 50-70cm from the wall behind it. The 50-100Hz region goes well up. You can see that in earlier charts with different filters. The final sensitivity is 86dB SPL 1W, impedance 4 Ohm, and plays substantially loud, it leaves the FRS8 omni well behind for max SPL and does not make noises when out of breath, like the Visatons do. Good points for the Visaton are that it is easier to make using a closed box and needing no super tweeter. But it requires a notch with upper quality caps.

Bipoles rule
Nice.
I'm pissed at myself for missing this post!
I have a set of bipole fullranges I built and I must say to anyone in the fullrange mindset; If you haven't built a FR bipole...do it.
They have a very euphonic sound to them, and the bass is great enhanced.

You are mainly right. I only have to add that it takes caution so an omni project ends up usefully balanced. Some FR drivers sum peculiarly when in omni (bipole) configuration. If you had a listen when I initially put the 871s on their box with no notch (closed box back then) they were so ugly sounding...Then I notched them, and the balance was great, but I had to burn much spl, wasnt happy about that loss, and then I used a super tweeter and no notch and I got all the SPL and clean signal path and super presence etc. But it was a careful and tricky process. What have you made yourself exactly?
Re: So linear.
Correction. The sensitivity is 88dB/W.
