It's OT to this thread, but the resonances in the bass, mentioned by two "letters" will make the lower end have a very nice "richness" in all probability. If they had tested it for 2nd harmonic distortion, I would expect that the measurements in that freq range would be very high... interesting that they would board the FR driver ship after all this time... hmmm...

Do you have photos of the original MBL bass driver with the inverted cone? An interesting choice by them..
