Hello everybody of this wonderful forum, I started this project more or less 6 years ago and then stop suddenly , now I don't see the day that I finish it but I know is very close, but have some simple questions to finish it. Trans are Antek 1000v 2 x 37 secondaries and 6 x 68000uf caps. 1- Is 2.00mH 14 gauge fine ? Trans primaries has a pair of cable with 115 w red-black red-black , that means only one pair is to be use red-black. Sorry for this newbies questions but need to be 100 % sure. Thanks in advance. I'll post some photos through the entire building process. Thanks in advance. JP Duarte.

2mH , 14 Gauge ; what's Rdc of choke ?
you must use two 115V primaries in parallel , to have 1000VA power ;
be sure to connect them in phase
why text in bold ?
besides that - I hope that you are living in country with adequate mains voltage ( 115Vac ) ?

Thanks both of you for your response, but when you say in parallel that means connecting both hot wires ( red-red) through AC inlet and both neutral wires (black-black) to the cold connector of Ac inlet, please clarify a bit about phase. Thanks again. JP Duarte
I've used quite a few Anteks. For 115V operation, connect red together and black together on the primaries.
Lately I have found the Anteks secondaries are not very well balanced, dual bridges are a necessity to keep them quiet.

here is the link, mine is customized to 2 x 37 , I hope this help, and by the way thanks again to take the time to help me. JPDuarte.it's easier to gwww.antekinc.com/details.php?p=137ive us link to exact xformer datasheet on Antek's
I'm in USA.Hi JP,
That depends where where you are geographically😀
]what about Phasing? More photos of the building process.
with phasing I meant on primaries phasing ; you solved that
I" founded this schematic. What do you guys think about this one.....]
good one
nice 😉
I presume that you have a plan how to spread heat on all 4 sides of case ?
( grouped mounting of mosfets and heat spreaders in angles )
Well, I'm planning to mount 3 fets on each heat sink and the rectifiers on the side panel and mounting everyone with Bergquist thermal pads K10 including the rectifiers. One question about the fets, do I have to use any kind of isolation like a plastic washer for the screws that hold the fet to the chassis?

nope ;
take a good look at various pictures here ;
or go and pick large pics of FW amps - you'll see many useful details
