I'm using a 1000 w- 2 x 37 secondaries Antek transformer that has a 2 set of wires ( red- black , red - black) , I put red-red and black-black together and use this diagram to attach these wires.how did you hook up the transformer? on prim. and sec.

In this photo you can see two wires coming from the thermostatic switch, one is connected to one leg of the fuse and the other one that is not connected in the photo is going to be connected to hot wire (red-red) coming from transformer. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think it doe not matter how is connected this wire coming from the thermostatic switch to each one of the fuse legs, Am I wright?
that is correct. but is the thermo switch isolated from the chassis ground?
and did you remember the thermistor in series with hot?

Going to try this right now.can you power up just PSU , without amp pcbs connected ?
you may have a jumping current in thermoswitch or thermistor.
but try as zenmod say. fire up only the PSU.
by the way. is the problem on one amp only?

Yes I built one channel already.you may have a jumping current in thermoswitch or thermistor.

hmmm. remove the thermistor from the chassis.
and if that dont work. try to remove the thermoswitch from the chassis.

I'm going to remove the thermistor, but the thermoswitch is plastic, then is isolated from chasis.hmmm. remove the thermistor from the chassis.
