Disconnect ouput and bias board, V- and v+, left termistor in place, turn on the amp., no open fuse, but when I measure between v+ and v- got only 2.7 mv 😕

where do you measure? before or after the caps?
After caps , but remember variac still at 35v, but maybe is beause I have wires to one bridge disconnected . Do I increase the variac?

no. do not increase. with 30V on variac. you gona have about 25VDC V+ - V-.
Where? I did measure at power inlet between N and hot and got 30v.try to measure before the coils.
make sure that AC is corect wired on the bridges. then the first bridge + to V+ rail and bridge- to 0. the other bridge+ to 0 and bridge- to V- rail.
then make sure the polarity of ALL caps are corect.
every caps is mounted the same way.
an ex.

Hello AudioSan, before anything, thanks again to reply and try to solve this problem, but sad thing is that the problem still persist, when the bridges are connected the fuse open after more or less 1 min. Right now Am a little bit disappointed and down.😕😱
This shouldn't be too hard to sort out.
Transformer works without bridges connected. Check voltages at secondaries with full power.
Disconnect caps and connect bridges to transformer and try. Check voltages.
Next, connect one bank of caps at a time and try. Check voltages.

you may have a short somwhere. is your bleeder resistors okei? (if you us them)
can be a foulty bridge too. the one you disconected last time.

Voltages at secondaries without bridge 42.1 and 27 ac volts at full power. Secondaries connected to bridges, no caps plug in 41 vdc and 26.8 vdc at full power.
If there are no connections made to the secondaries other than your meter it would seem that your transformer is bad. It happens sometimes.
If you have a light bulb tester, wire a lightbulb in series with you primaries and see how much current the transformer is pulling.

Hi Bill , what voltages I have to get with secondaries connected to meter only ?If there are no connections made to the secondaries other than your meter it would seem that your transformer is bad.
