Hello sir MANOJ, Iam going to build ur "AUD250SF" amp. I prefer 250W @ 8ohm for sub woofer. sir i have some doubts on this..
1. Do i need to add lowpass filter to this amp for subwoofer.if no then what is the cutoff frequency.
2. can you provide PCB of Power Supply Unit & DC protection for this amp.
3. sir ,for this amp what will be the wattage of Subwoofer i would buy
i mean is Subwoofer below the amp rating or higher the amp rating.

2. Yes you can use my AUD600 power board (max. supply volt DC +/-45V)
3. 8@250W FTC RMS (Supply Rail +/-45V 7A)

PCB 141425A , PCB 141425F is blue mask and immersion gold
and PCB 141425L is green mask and solder.
141425A for AMPLIFIER
141425F for FILTER (use for SUB)
141425L for Volume and Limiter with LED indication

1. Selection of SubWoofer...i meant that, For this amplifier what will be the wattage rating for the Subwoofer. ie below 250w or higher than 250w.
Because iam newbie in selection of subwoofers.
2. For PSu, you mentioned aud600 psu. But its output is +/-75 so how toreduce to +/-45.

True RMS is 125W @8R load and 250W @4R load
Use AC 33V-0V-33V Transformer.

New PCB(all SMD) is working good @300KHz FSW no heat and best sound quality.
Test mode
supply--- +/-65V DC
load---- 2.6 Ohm speaker ( 3x 8 Ohm)
without signal fsw=323KHz(323KHz first switch on then it reduced to 302Khz). with signal fsw=297Khz
FET used IRFP250N
start oscillating without signal.😉

i take the video file but i can't attach
changing FB resistor value down to 47K FSW increase to 420KHz.best low band mid and hi not best. I prefer 300KHz b'cause it good for all band.
