Everything runs hot in those. Replace the smaller capacitors for sure. See if you can create ventilation to allow everything to run a little cooler.

Teapoop capacitors. Get rid of those right away. Better still get rid of the amp and get something that isnt a poorly engineered piece of sh*t.

I would expect them to address the thermal issue instead of dealing with *@#$!*
Talk about heat..... i owned a P270 and at some point one of the fats blew. When i opened up the amp, i notices that all of the yellow polyester caps had deformed and their plastic had dripped on other components and the bottom of the case.
Talking about thermal design.....
All done now:
Replaced the silicone heatsink on the aluminium bracket, a bit more there than running a bit down the side, but should I pull the cover back off again and clean it off the aluminium sides or ok?
The amp works fine and sounds a little bit better than before. The original large caps were loose inside when shaking them.
