Hello Meldano,
Maybe you should correct some parts in BOM for controller board.
I couldn't find LP2950 in sot89 package and I can see in schematic that this can be common 7805 type of reg...also rotary encoder should be EC11E15244G1 or EC11E15244B2 vertical type not horizontal EC11B......
Please check...and confirm.
