Not too shore. It arrived here like that but underneath each capacitor was clean and no corrosion on the pads. I set my scope to capacitance but when I go to check it doesn't show anything.

With no load on the speaker terminals, do you still have significant voltage?
IT's not right but I don't know if it's going to cause a problem since it goes away when a speaker is connected.
Did any of the opto-couplers fail? If so, do you have replacements?

With no load I still have 22.35 DC volt. With 1.5 amp the amplifer is pullilng.. with a 4 ohms load(subwoofer coil) fans turn off. Amp only pulls .9 amps and voltage of speaker terminal goes to + 40mv. It's Chang's form .40 to .32 mv the coil is cold to the touch

I can pick some opt coupler up tomorrow along with new caps. I'm down the street from from mouser. Just to clarify the opt collector are U406 on the top it say A3120
Will do. R4039 is Burnt. Do you know the value of it? Lean against the heatsink earlier and seen it starting smokeing

Does anybody know the gate resistor value for the output fets? Few of them are showing 1.67kohmes. most of the rest showing 47.6ohms
