What would be the power ratings for the resistors R22 and R23?

Current through R22, R23 is 12ma. Dissipated power is 68mW. So 1/4 W resistor should function. But I use in powersupply minimal 0,5W.

The pcb is eurocard size 100 x 160mm.
It is a double layer pcb. You get all the info when uploading the gerberfiles to JLCPCB.

I just calculated the riaa myself and optimized it with my spectrumanalyzer.
