Well do you seem to think everything is working normal I can reconnect the amp to supply sound from the speaker and let you know
Except for the low voltage on the driver IC, I haven't seen anything that indicates that it's malfunctioning. When get the speaker and signal source connected, if it doesn't produce audio, operate all switches and potentiometers through their entire range to see if audio will play through (possibly intermittently).
Im still getting a whistling noise after the amps been powered on for a minute and when the first powers up its just a snowy sound ill run sound through and see what I can come up with
I messed with the subsonic filter and was able to get the amp to produce sound however when the subsonic filter is off there is no sound
Are you saying that the amp works perfectly except for when the subsonic filter is switched off?
it appears that the amp is working perfectly the potentiometers don't appear to have any loose connections during full rotation of levels and that's correct perry except for when the subsonic filter is switched off then theres no sound when I switch it back on sound comes back right away also when I first diagnosed this amp weeks ago I could have sworn I messed with all potentiometers and the subsonic filter switch and still no sound maybe the drivers fixed that problem

You need to check the switch to confirm that it's making a good connection between the center terminal and each of the outer terminals when it's in the 'off' position. If you don't understand how that type of switch works, go to the 'switches' page of the car audio site (page 35). There is a diagram there.
Check it with the meter set to ohms and no power applied.

I went ahead and removed the panel thanks perry probed the connections with speaker wire they all beeped on the meter I just wanted to make sure I had the connections right so here a picture of the switch and the colors represents where I probed to test across when switch to the opposite sides there was no beeps or ohms on the meter

If you had continuity for the red lines when the switch was in the leftmost position but did not have continuity between the yellow lines when the switch lever was moved to the rightmost position, the switch has dirty contacts.
I had continuity both ways just not when the switch was on the opposite sides I was probing when switched back they continued to beep again
Sorry. I couldn't see the yellow text.
Re-check the audio again but work the switch back and forth about 20 times to see if you ever get audio when it's in the off position. If you have contact cleaner, flood the switch with it before you do this.

that's alright I should have made the text more noticeable the yellow just doesn't like to show up sometimes
I sprayed the contact cleaner worked the switch for a bit with it unpowered hooked up the amp again sounds works both way thank you so much perry I would have thought the switch was working properly according to the test
