If you use the inductors Lojzek has linked (& that's exactly what I would have chosen), all you need to do is make a decision about the L pads. Usually it's best (& cheaper) to replace them with fixed resistors because they corrode & become scratchy over time, it just takes a little more work to get the right values, but it's not hard to do.
Using cores where shown, is this beneficial do you think?
I was merely trying to keep the recommended parts type from service manual, and the prices stay lower that way. I did not consider potential core saturation because there is no data on Jantzen Audio website and I haven't got a specimen to test.
I'm sorry Lojzek now I understand. The air cores are actually cheaper but it was only by chance I figured this out.
