Simon id just give em a quick ring or go into the store and tell em, normally I wouldnt mind just waiting for the email to be replied to. But in this case stocks are limited and you dont want your drivers being sold to someone else.
The computer system has probably taken your lot off the total stock they have anyway, but if they all get sold they are gonna realise summits up.

it sounds to me like a lot of people on this thread have enough of these drivers kicking around to build a pair of each and give some feedback. Or two people with different aproaches get together for a shoot out, that way those of us that are slower in the cabinet making department can "do it right first time😀 😀 😀 ".

If you are near to High Wycombe, try EV Exports in the Wooburn Industrial park about 5 miles out of town. They have a good range and are happy to help small retail customers, and dirt cheap!

Ground rules- any tweeter, any number of AP100s, no other drivers. Or if you do, a separate category for sub systems.

I think my variants will use 2 of the APs, s/h tweeters, that I think are Audax, from some old Turbosound boxes, and will probably be active, using LM4871 3 way amp chips. I haven't decided on box type yet, I have to do some measuring first.

What i would like to know is what maplin think of all this? I rang the shop where i am getting the tweeters from to reserve them and another pair of woofers and the last pair they sold was August 02 😱
I might need to revise my choice of tweeter now, Such talk of meetings in august may require my SS 2905/9500 being robbed from my "mains"
