slightly smaller horn mount 40% done.
for phase plug im gonna use POM, alu could be better. inside voicecoil less inductance?

done, have to buy some black modeling clay to fill it up, jig saws angle is so loose result +/- 5degrees, at least drill were quite good.

phase plug partially done, i´ve measured 107mm from cone outer and inner to horn mouth, from cone 87mm, 20mm difference
Can it go to 4000hz with good phase response?

plug is 60mm, random plug is 85mm and different shape.
Thinking what to do next

this is the random plug in same window size

mouth is too large, maybe over 70cm2, i wanted it to be 50cm2
and path from cone to mouth is uneven

today i evolve my sharp plywood throat more into raw modeling clay way.
sand section B couple mm´s larger.
im gonna stick 400hz-2.2k range as tpl200h is ok with 2.2k
im bothered with 25y old jigsaw so gonna buy a new one

Slight mismatch second throat, have to sand it down little bit.

wanted to try something new so build a new sub, found rather good spot from the room so building another one
