It doesn't look like a serious issue, but it's interesting.
One possibility is C28, which if it has some inductance to it might give you
something like this.
When I have some time I will take a look.

Great thank you pinholer for your feedback. So i will live it as it is and began listening to music!
Mr Pass, If it can help pinpoint the cause the notch seem to follow the cut off frequency. Here's some more graph with different frequency setting for the low pass.

I just bought a pair of the SAL drivers that I want to use on the Martin King open baffle. For complicated reasons this calls for a 200 low pass on the woofer and a 500hz high pass for the SAL. But Nelson has noted this driver might benefit from this correction filter that applies -4 db above 2.5k. Would that type of conture be hard to implement in this crossover. Or I could just go old school and wind that .5mh inductor for the network.

Nelson, thanks for the response. For my power needs if I use your passive LRC filter I only need about 10 watts but using a line level filter I won't need that much power. And needless to say happy new year.
Happy new year everybody
I would like to use the LX-Mini board to filter my home brew OB's (typical 2 woofer + FR) and was wondering what section of the board I need to use (and how to populate it) to create the Bass bump that was incorporated in the First Watt B5. With some hints I will try to use the simulation software and get the results.
Hope I don't ask something that has been discussed already (I could not find it)
Thanks
Peter

Number of ACNs for a pair of LXMinis?
Hi All,
I have skimmed through the thread, but didn't really find the answer I was looking for. The question is rather dumb I guess. I'm a total amature and this would be my first DIY project apart from the LXMinis (build still pending). If I understand correctly, I would need to build 2 ACNs for a pair of LXMinis?
That is, I need two boards and the rest of the package, am I right?
Thank you,
Adam

Hello Pass diy fans,
Is it possible to combine the LO and HI site of the board to create a high pass and low pass for a single driver?
In this case , I would have maximum control over the resulting acoustic response of that particular driver because of the eq sections.

Happy New Year DIYer,
I will receive my board next week, now I'm preparing the part list. As my understanding this xover's cut off frequency with default part is around 600hz. Correct me if I'm wrong?
Anyone has tried to cut at 800hz?

Yes. Just take the output of one filter and feed it into the other.
The kit is a bit confusing. From the number of connectors on the box one could make the conclusion that the board is 3 way stereo. Or 3 way mono balanced. But the box could hold two cards...
I want to build a 3-way balanced stereo so I guess I need 4 cards. Correct?

Hi all,
I recently upgraded from the 2 way ASP to the 3 way ASP.
https://www.magiclx521.com/epages/1...ctPath=/Shops/17940394/Products/"ASP mini NP"
I now have the 2 way ASP sitting on the shelf. If interested in buying, send me an email to ogawas@yahoo.com and we can talk. I will be posting this ad in the swap meet area if I don't hear from anyone here. Selling within U.S. / 48 contiguous states. I will be keeping the power supply so you will need to provide your own PS.
Thanks.
