Nice! Could you please describe the full setup re charging, supervision etc inc. pointers to specific products. This would be a great help if one would like to try a similar setup - thanks! They would deliver the current easily. I would actually use a 3s LiPO. Best power supply I’ve ever heard. Even better than C-L-C by a margin. I’m running my ACA mini with a single 6s LiPO. One of my favorite amps ever.

I’m currently using 6s 3300s, which are good for about 1.5 hours of listening. Once you hear it you are hooked. How much run time do you get on those batteries?
You just have a couple batteries charged and you are good. I happen to have lots of these batteries for RC flying. So, they power airplanes and provide me with amazing audio. Who knew? 😂
Thanks for the simulaition.Hope we can agre on a pcb for this one.. 🙂Here is my suggestion for your 70 Ohm headphones.
Actually it has even more clean output. Distortion is very low. THD 0.00025%
I had to increase C2 to 100pF.
Also note the resistors R1 and R6. They are changed.
Also added a resistor in the output: 47 Ohm
The bias is 175mA in the output LU1014D.

I am just waiting for PCB for this one.
Who will be the first to make a PCB?
Maybe Nelson Pass .....
I can not do it, Ryssen
Trevligt med lite svenskar som surfar runt här.

Yeah, maybe someone can do the board layout and Papa just supplies the parts, keeping him available for the million projects he already has 😝

Ja det är ett beroende.... (dependent)
I don’t let them run out but what happens is just the same as when you pull the supply from an amplifiers cap bank: drop in output and rising distortion as the caps drain. No damage to loudspeaker or amp. The amp just basically starts to fade away very quietly.
The hobby is an addiction? Yes, yes it is!Ja det är ett beroende.... (dependent)
Nelson Pass told me he has all the components.Yeah, maybe someone can do the board layout and Papa just supplies the parts, keeping him available for the million projects he already has 😝
For example the ZVP3310A MOSFET. He told me he has 14,000 of that transistor. Amazing 😎
The Pass Labs company is like a fairy tale.
It is very successful.
Started as a small in house business. Now is big.
It is not only one man's work. There are other people around Nelson.

Good News 🙂
A friend from Russia has promised to draw PCB.
It can take some week.
Then I will post the PCB drawings here.

I thought so too until I bought an XA25 😂First Watt is better than Pass Labs 😀
I agree.
This Small Amplifier can swing until 9.75V from the 12V supply.
This is with 0.2% THD.
The power output is then 5.98 Watt RMS.
So it is fair to say this is an 6W amplifier.
Of course it is no good to put out 6 Watt.
Normal listening is lower than 1 Watt.
Nelson Pass call his website 'First Watt'.
This is for a good reason ....
