Hi all,
Does anyone know where I can buy any Infineon BSC039N06NS SMT Mosfets? Looks like they are on backorder everywhere in the UK.
Also, I've discovered that you can mount the SMT boards directly on the capacitor pins!
Use a small amount of cap leg bending on a 'snap in' capacitor, seems to be a very neat solution.

Hello Prasi,
I would like to buy five pairs of SMD PCB LT4320. It's still possible?
Many thanks, Luigi

I've got 4 boards with LT4320'S, 47uF SMT 16V local caps and the resistors for the LED. One of them has been fully built and tested and the other 3 need Mosfets (which are not in stock anywhere) the built board is only good to 15V with the cap, or up to 40V without. PM if interested

Yes, I have PCB.
I will check with post office tomorrow and let you know.
Meanwhile please PM me your postal address and email address.

As I am a new member I cannot send PMs. Is there another way to send you my data? Thanks, LuigiHi Luigi,

Anyone know of a legit place to order LT4320IN8#PBF that has stock?
They seem to be on backorder everywhere for 6 months...

Mouser will receive them in two weeks.

Which would be a better THT Mosfet for 50VAC or 70VDC,
CSD19531KCS
or
CSD19503KCS
?
I am thinking the first one is the better one, or any other suggestions?
I would like to use the first one, CSD19531KCS, as it is rated for 100v, but neither Mouser to Digikey have them in stock.
Ti has the CSD19503KCS in stock, but it is rated for 80v, would that still be fine for 50VAC on the LT4320 rectified to 70vDC?
80V ratings is greater with a good margin than what LT4320 is rated for its absolute maximum at 72V, so I guess the question should be the LT4320 is suited for use with 50VAC supply or not. Apparently, LT4320 will much more likely be dead sooner than do the MOSFETs 🙂, if u-no-wut ever happens.I would like to use the first one, CSD19531KCS, as it is rated for 100v, but neither Mouser to Digikey have them in stock.

I'd be careful about what that 50VAC really means. Mains supply can have 10% fluctuation, power transformers usually have a load regulation anywhere from 3%-10%, which means its out put voltage at light or no load is higher than would be at its rated load.
However, if that 50VAC is the maximum possible voltage the LT4320 ever can see, it should be ok.
Thank you for the correction! I have long been mistaking the 72V in the feature highlight for the maximum rating.

I don't recall now how many they said they had on order, but they have 174 left as of today.
Get'em while you can...
Hello, I’ve purchased TK34E10N1,S1X for a VSQC amp build. Planning on using 2 x transformers in dual mono setup with either 30vAC or 35vAC dual secondaries. Would these Mosfets be OK for the job?
hi, those mosfets are ok, albeit have a slightly higher Rdson. just monitor the temperature of mosfet in your intended application,. if they dont heat up too much, you are good to go. rest of the mosfet parameters are good for lt4320 rectifierHello, I’ve purchased TK34E10N1,S1X for a VSQC amp build. Dear all, I hope not to ask a too stupid question, I have the PCB of Mr. Prasi and having problems of space, or rather of height, I was wondering if instead of a 36 + 36v 400va toroidal transformer, I could use two toroidal transformers with one output of 36v 200Va?
Thank you
Thank you

Yes, it is OK to use two separate transformers, instead of one with two secondary windings.
