I don't believe that they have to be matched for an F3. After all, there is only one per channel- what would you match them with?

With so few components, it's no big problem to match all fets L - R.
Also, don't forget to measure the resistors and check the caps, (esp the C9s) and including the p/supply, too.
This amp can be extraordinary with a little effort, and it likes being hot (50* plus)
