i just sent them out (the Gerber files that is) -- they are proto's so no frills -- there are a couple of things I would have done a bit differently -- but this always happens after you've sent the files. email me privately. -- i appreciate the help

I cranked it up to just under 50 watts -- the distortion was 0.011% @1kHz -- btw, you need a much bigger heat sink than National Semi has on their site -- I blew the caps on one unit when using the 2 C/W -- I suggest 1 C/W (the one I am using now is 0.45 C/W) -- 1 C/W is the recommended sink for the TF Version.

You probably don't need it but it's a good practice to add a good layer of solder allover the thick traces to make them even thicker. THD may go even lower (who knows), but at least the traces will be able to carry a lot more current.
