The chip should really have some decoupling close up to the pins. It might be worth add a small cap (say 47uF) directly between the two supply pins on each chip. Make sure the voltage rating of the cap is suitable if you try this.

Also measure the voltages on the chip as I mentioned earlier.
 
The first part is a volume control.

The 22k sets the input impedance.

The Wima cap can be a small electrolytic.

The 18k and 1k set the gain. You can use a 22k and a 1k or a 22k and an 820 ohm.

The 22uF AC couples the feedback network and reduces the gain to '1' at DC. 10uf, 22uF, 47uF. Any will work.

The 1 meg isn't needed as drawn. If you don't fit a volume control then fitting it is good practice.

The chip must be decoupled close to the pins. This is VERY IMPORTANT. So try adding a single cap across the supply pins.

The zero volt connection to the power supply is to be made to the RIGHT of the speaker so that the speaker current doesn't flow in any of the ground connections to the chip.

, cmq that broken cable was a cause of the malfunction of a 3886 made some time ago, now it's okay. a speaker anyway I had broken it.
