I bought Pinkmouse KSA50 PCB MKII
with a view debate on a forum between

- mpsa42/92 with c2240/a970
- must use mje 15032/33 cause c2238/a968 (out of stock)
- mj3281/1302 with mj21193/94

but the finish result between commercial & clone, ( still ) winning
by the commercial after some listening test by some diy 😱

like my friend said to me lets build this clone once more
with pcb free, it is nice & interesting

this is some picture i take from reverse enginering kma 160
looks like the same rail as gxcnabin use for his PCB

the different is the place for big transistor here
maybe result from Computer PCB program was similar

Personally, I think, PCB traces should try not to 90 degrees as well!

Interesting comments on the link posted and opposite to my recent shoot out of comparing a Bel canto s500 to a threshold S500 /2 , speakers magnapans and the Old school amp won hands down ...

So the verdict is still out .....😛

Attached is a nice class a calculator i found while browsing the older ksa50 threads. not sure who made it , and can't find the link again.

That is why i stripped her.

Had the rust fixed and resprayed. And put everything back again (ongoing process). I had only surface rust on some panels ,luckily no big problems underneath.
