The IR4426 and IR4427 are NOT interchangeable. The 4426 uses an inverted inputs and a 5V pull up.The 4427 is non-inverted. Data sheet attached.

Are you not able to purchase parts from Mouser? Where are you located?

I am from Mexico CDMX I buy parts in electronic AG and ir4426 is not available
