Well, the output fets were replaced (which actually seemed very poor quality to me) and as for the power supply, it is a 120 amp switched source in conjunction with a car battery. Is there any substitute for the IRFP264N? I can't find originals with my supplier
Did all of the original FETs fail?
The FQA44N30 was used but they're in short supply.
I have photos that show the IXTQ36N30P used in the 1500.

See # 42 again.
You may want to try the originals to see if they produce a clean output (at a reduced power output since there won't be a full set).

I just did a test with some fets that a friend lent me, and it does the same thing, I suppose I should try with a good battery since I only have 12.3v, I had not had problems before regarding supply with this source, I will return my fets and try
Is the voltage at the terminals of the amp dropping below 12v?
Did you try the surviving original FETs? You and your friend may be getting the FETs from the same source.
What happened to your 120 amp switching power supply?

How about it, the voltage does not drop, the fets are original (from another amplifier and from the same batch) based on the source it was an assumption, thinking about all the possible scenarios, now I see that it is not due to low voltage or amps but rather that it is protects and when protected the source is turned off
Does the protect LED light up?
Does the amp completely shut down?
Does pin 4 on U2 pulse high when the amp goes into protect?

The red LED and pin 4 came on, I saw that it reached 8v and it did not send pulses to the u2 source fets.
I found this small 2t Q8 transistor with a leak between the collector and emitter, I changed it and it seems to be working well, it is no longer protected, I will continue pressing the amplifier to see how it reacts
