KiCad EDA V6.0 Released

When 7.0.0 gets released (fairly soon now), you can expect several issues to be found and fixed in loading V6 and earlier designs, so expect frequent point releases for a few months.
For business users, it may be wise to stick with 6.0.11 until the dust settles.

I generally keep the older version for around six months to make sure that I have means to open and modify older files in the event of issues.

On Windows, you can have V5.1, V6 and V7 plus future V7.99 side by side at an extra cost of disk space only
