I don't know your financial situation but if that scope was actually in good working condition, it would be a very good investment. If you don't buy it, I hope it finds a home that's not the local landfill.
The connections would depend on what you're looking for and how critical the measurements are... and the type of scope you're using. Can you be more specific?
