JL Audio 1000/1v2

Is there a good replacement for the A1070 and C3027? That’s the only thing left on the boards I didn’t replace with new parts and have the same issue with voltage on the speaker terminals so either those transistors are defective some how or the mic 4420’s on theirs boards are defective .

Or the problem is on the main board .

I have no clue where the voltage is coming from .

With the boards out there is no voltage across the speaker terminals . And soon as I solder the boards back in the amp the voltage returns

Is there anyway to check the 4420’s on the board like the 21844’s?

I’m gonna set this amp aside I’m back to square one with it .

I installed the outputs back in the amp the used ones which I fully tested before installing them .

The outputs get hot after a few secs and the amp draws current .

I guess I will wait til the new outputs come in and look at the drive signal before installing them

Pin 4 on the 10-pin connector should go to 12v when the LED should be on. Start there.
