Ok,
the question was: how would it behave with some flute music. Yes you hear right flute. And picolo, if you please.
Such a simple circuit... honnestly ... Flute... Isn't too much?
test CD : Purcel, Lawes, Locke, matteis : Musique anglaise du 17eme siècle.
haydn: flute trio (Kjuiken brothers (family))
...
....

point is- even without looking at scope or analyzer data , flute sound have enormous energy . it sounds simple,but that sound isn't simple .
dynamic is something similar to level of energy,but not same ;at least in my book 😉

nah........ya smart.......trick questions,but not easy ones........?

Ok here goes. Even if I am boring you. Who cares.
Next step : Spanish guitar. Baroque of course. Gaspar Sanz. With Drums. hehe...You though this Baroque Guys are old farts?

Encuentro Sanz E Santa Cruz/ Rolf Lislevand.
(The latter: especialy track no. 11 : did you expect this drum-shout coming out of the dark at min 2:35. Sit down again no danger).

The problem with guitar is the velocity, rapidness if you want, it is a very fast instrument. Not the fingervelocity... the sound itself ... do you get it? yes yes, ... thats velocity.
(I assume you hear the cds in the same time)

Now it could be time to play Boccherini, Guitar quintet, track 4. Fandango. (Europa Galante/Fabio Biondi, only this version).

Indeed all comments are superfluous. Imaging is divine on this record. Do you hear the castanets on the right side, yes yes they are moving a little, the guy can not stay at his place; which wood they are made of? I could only guess, I am not such a specialist in wood essence, what do you think?

No : try Stravinsky, Sacre du printemps, Karajan, yes I know:yuck: sometime, but this record, at the end of the first part...
No : try Verdi Requiem, Solti (tube recording I guess), dies irae, that is knocking on the hells doors! You agree ?

As for the load question, I had a 10K pot at the output. It was not a good idea.

Thanks Manu for the reply,Im thinking of building the JTBOZ but was concerned about it's ability to drive my active crossovers 10k input impedance.

That is not an issue. You can always adjust the value of the
2.2 Kohm to ground already on the circuit. This way you
can go down to 2.2 Kohm load without altering the character
of the circuit.
