I love amplifier .all of them but class D special for me.l try for 3 month work irs2092 amplifier and result equal waste time and money .
First l build schematic in datasheet .i. Use exactly same part in schematic and supply and mosfet but never work.l use +-35 regulate voltage for supply.the problem is one of. The mosfet is all time On and DC voltage -37 volt in terminal speaker.

When i tired from this board i make iraudamp7 and assemble the same part in schematic

This amp also not work and the same problem.
I search in internt ,forums , topic due irs2092,and replace at least 10 IC irs 2092(i buy from two difrent place to sure they are not fake) and replace mosfets but amp not work
The response result when i connect amp into supply , the negative or some time positve 35 direct. On mosfets and speaker terminal have DC voltage
I changed value resistors CSD ,resistor over current exactly same an1138 but amp not work
I have 2 question
1. Is simple way to run irs2092 with no protectin exist? In other word, how run irs 2092 alone and we sure that work all time work good ever full load ?
2.witch components is sensitve ?and how reduce this sensivity to easy run irs2092 ?it means when we make amp with irs2092 and it work well , by replace component is stil work well?

I wouldn't mess around changing components randomly as the circuit definitely works as from IR.
The problem is likely a mistake in the build or how its implemented.
Is the power supply, irs2092 and mosfet's well decoupled ?
How did you implement the 12 volt power supply ?

And the supply 12 volt from tip35 and diode zener 15 volt from -35 volt
Its genrate -23volt from gnd also 12volt from -35volt negative supply
I sure no mistake in design and assmble part

Have you been around it with an oscilloscope ?
Are power supply voltages all correct ?
Does reset pin go high and low ?
Does irs2092 put out hi and lo pulses to mosfets ?
The 2092 should have 100nf very close to supply pins.
The mosfets should have 100nf from power supply pins to zero volts very close.
I have designed a few amplifier s using irs2092 and they all work.
So there is a problem in your circuit.
I always buy mine from RS Components or Farnell.
When I made my amplifier I could get socketed parts so very easy to change.
