I'm always telling that I don't care for BOMs (made by other people) and I always make my personal ones
BOM you're mentioning, available by some sheer luck, was clearly described and most likely even named as Eagle generated BOM
Schematic is always having priority above anything else and (baring that there is no mistake in schmtc made by me) you there have exact type of semiconductor ........ while often mistake is looking at Eagle generated BOM, and taking Package name instead of Part type/name
So, believe me - shorter way and most sure way to proper build is making your own BOM from schematic and Parts placement files ( both graphic and pdf showing dimensions accurately), with help of other Greedy boys, if needed to solve dilemmas
If in doubt - ask
If I was lazy and didn't e-mail full set of files, ask
Money involved and certain sound quality you'll get are more than worthy of your and my time

and yes, IRF540 is practically same good in this application as IRF510
just take care not to make (usual) error of messing their place; proper is - P Channel goes in Positive rail , N channel goes in Negative rail

It was indeed an "Eagle generated BOM". You did send me the full set of files. I used the schematics to build the IP, was just puzzled as to why I ended up with spare IFR540 mosfets as they were not on the schematics..
Hopefully I will be able to listen to the IP soon.

yeah
remember - if in doubt, even for smallest detail, just buzz
I'm slow, but inevitable

Tested the rotary encoder and remote control today.
All that is left to do is to connect the power and the inputs / outputs. I hope to be able to finish this weekend.

Lookin' real good
heh, yes but not what's most important
Reima, just wait for first tunes
it'll demand serious accommodation to that nature of sound
it's not as majority of preamps ...... having flavor this, flavor that ....... it just delivers

heh, yes but not what's most important.....

Yeah, but "looking" is all I can do until my DIY kitty grows enough to have my very own Pumpkin

Almost there, wifey needs attention so I have to stop here.
It sings! I haven't had a chance to sit down and listen as yet, just confirmed that it plays music.
Recently moved my system to a room dedicated to its purpose, which is as a single listening position system.
Pictures are posted here as 002 is the centerpiece of my system.
CD transport - S(chitt) Urd
DAC - S(chitt) Gungnir Multibit aka Gumby
Preamp - 002
Amp - Aleph J monoblock (I know the sticker is a bit cheesy, but I felt compelled to give the community some recognition.)
Speaks - Tekton Lore Reference w/Be tweeters, full parts upgrade package
Sound quality is glorious, and in that regard I have been more than content, but the pile of parts for a SissySIT I've had on hand for 5 years or so cried out to me: "I want to sing!" as I was moving them so stridently that work on the power supplies has begun.
