Round 2 will be upon us soon.
We hope to have enough kits for everyone that remains on 'the list'
When? Early next week most likely.
What should you do? Same as always, watch here for updates on more specific timing and the process you can expect. After that, check your inbox.

I see customer service is up and running well before the crack of dawn. Thanks for your dedication to this project Patrick!
Patiently waiting for these to hit the store. Collecting parts, Newark has 30va 2x15 donuts on sale for 13cdn each which is half the price of antek after shipping and brokerage for those of us outside of the US.
should order some knobs
you can put small wheels instead
with these IPre dynamics will be even more impressive

Just wait until I connect the “Fugly” switch…what happens then?with these IPre dynamics will be even more impressive
I was able to dial the offset to 0v. Sound is good, however the volume in one channel is lower to start with then the other. Does this indicate an incorrect wiring of the potentiometer?

Balanced output wiring left/right is correct (the same)
Does it make a difference on which side (input/output ALPS) the ground wire goes?
you need to determine, on pot itself, 3 pins - CCW, Wiper, CW
them CCW is always GND, CW is signal feed from selector, Wiper is signal going to buffer
it is pretty straightforward, you have same designation for potentiometer pads on preamp pcb
in short - positive phase is one section of pot, negative phase is second section on same pot
if you post detailed pics, we will help, most likely
edit: swap input interconnects between channels; if problem stays in same speaker, problem is in preamp
also - try with different source and interconnects; same logic applies
